Description

Plasma spray electrodes (also known as plasma nozzles, plasma anodes, plasma cathodes) use high-quality cerium tungsten, lanthanum tungsten and thorium tungsten as the ends, and copper alloys as the rods. In order to have a higher density and more uniform internal structure, our electrode ends under deep densification , which makes sure completely seamlessly connection in a vacuum environment and optimal heat transfer and heat dissipation, especially excellent arc corrosion resistance. The service life is significantly better than that of other manufacturers that are not deeply densified.
 
During the plasma spray process, our tungsten + copper plasma nozzle electrodes can withstand high temperatures of over 10,000ºC  and withstand the most extreme mechanical stresses, ensuring that the metal or ceramic powder melts and completes efficient spraying.
