·Diameter consistency:
The weight difference between two consecutive 200mm sections of tungsten wire does not exceed 0.5% of the nominal specification.
·Linearity:
- Ordinary tungsten wire: National standard GB / T 23272-2009
- Straightening tungsten wire:
A. Diameter < 100 μm: 450mm natural droop height for per 500 mm wire segment;
B. Diameter ≥100μm: the arc height ≤10mm per 100mm chord length.
·Surface state:
Smooth surface, no cracks, burrs, scratches, pits, unevenness, oil stains, and other defects.
·Wire winding performance:
During the wire winding process, the tungsten wire does not crack continuously.
