Thin Tungsten Wire

Thin Tungsten wire Bless provides is made of high-quality tungsten raw materials. It is mainly used in the manufacture of tungsten yarn for safety gloves and tungsten filament for light sources. Customers mostly use diameters from 15um to 20um, 25um to 30um, and 35um. We monitor the overall diameter uniformity and test the extension of the wire during the process to ensure the best performance.

1.   Swagging

A rolling mill introduced from Germany, which it can be deeply process the rod core, which can make the inside struction more uniform. Unlike the early traditional technology, are mainly surface processing.

2.   Straightness
Ensure thin wire straightness, we use high technology "3 Point 1 line" from wire relief to mold, and receiving smoothly without any curve.

Flaw Detection
Corresponding tests for each process of Tungsten wire. Under flaw detection, there are Grade A (2 crack points per 100 meters), B, and C Grade. The more cracks, the more easily the filaments are broken during processing. We will choose different standards according to different requests for quality grades.

The weight difference between two consecutive 200mm sections of tungsten wire does not exceed 0.5% of the nominal specification.
